武道の技や遊びの要素も含んだ基礎的な運動トレーニングを通して、日常や他のスポーツにも活かせる動きを教えます。 要項：礼の仕方、受身、手解き、剣の打ち合い 事業の実施期間 2023 年7 月25 日（火曜）18:00〜19:00 2023 年8 月1 日 （火曜）18:00〜19:00 Through basic athletic training that includes martial arts techniques and learning in a fun and challenging way, we teach movements that can be applied to everyday life and other sports. Essentials: Rei (bowing), ukemi (how to fall), tehodoki (release hands), and sword fighting. Available Classes July 25, 2023 (Tuesday) 18:00-19:00 August 1, 2023 (Tuesday) 18:00-19:00
