In this seminar, participants will learn how to prepare for the future by reviewing the relationship between the past, present, and future. To do so, we'll use martial arts techniques that anyone can do, and use the lessons from these movements to our seminar topic. Predicting the future is very difficult. Especially when it comes to risks, if we do not predict and prepare for them, we may not be able to recover from their impact when they hit. In this workshop we'll learn how to assess and prepare our businesses for success in the future by reviewing what has happened in the past, what is happening now, and what we expect can happen in the future. To help understand how these concepts can be used in business, Mr. Damien Vitry, General Manager of Arkema in Kyoto Research Park, will share his real business experience as a case study. Once participants have understand this method of creating foresight, each attendee will apply these lessons to their own business challenge. After the seminar, there will be an informal networking event so that all participants can meet each other.
